O televoto, à semelhança do que aconteceu no JESC2007, estará aberto mal comece a primeira canção do desfile. Este ano, os telespectadores além fronteiras poderão também votar na sua canção favorita, mas apenas os residentes em Espanha, França, Alemanha e Suiça.
Televoting, as in JESC2007, will be available as soon as the first song begins. This year, any viewer living in Spain, France, Germany and Switzerland can vote on his favorite song.
